To our valued clients,
This is to let you know that we are operating as usual, but in a “Isolation Closed shop" environment.
We are trying to keep to business running “normally" because we doing a lot of virus-related work like hand sanitiser labelling jobs and A Frame and corflute Coronavirus Warning signs, like the attached along with transport and equipment docket books, which include the pre-start checklist docket book so that the hard working drivers are able to ensure their vehicles and equipment are in safe usable condition, they need all the support they can get to be able to maintain the extended operations now required.
Delivery dockets and cart note books are also essential for the smooth running of transport industries for the same reason so we do our best to make these items continue to available to all our clients.
Orders are by your email in to us and invoices will be emailed back to you, or you can knock on the door and use you credit card on our tap and go device, we will manually type in your payment receipt to your email or phone if preferred.
New clients or those who still owe us for previous jobs will be required to pre-pay for the order for obvious reasons.
For those of you who already owe us money from previous jobs and are struggling to find funds, we are more than happy to accept part-payments, we want you to survive and then thrive again.
Colleen and I are self-isolating and working from home as 90% of our work is done on computers and via file transfer to our various printing devices anyway, so there is no interruption due to that.
Our young son Warren does all the work in production and book keeping etc and is self isolated when at home, in his car to and from work and obviously at work in our closed shop system so given the far lower volume of work coming through he is easily able to handle all incoming work.
We can and are processing all orders as usual, and as our printing machinery handles all the printing without our intervention and we use protective equipment, along with all the usual preventative measures, we will continue to do so albeit with limitations due to the current situation. We have enough paper/card/sticker stock on hand to see us through the next couple of months before we would need to re-order some.
Delivery will be by your courier, Aust Post courier or may be collected at our door. No-one is able to enter the shop, you will be contacted when the job is ready and it will be placed on a trolley out front for collection after being sprayed with sanitiser. Warren will open the door for a distance conversation if you knock or at least probably give you a wave anyway.
Should the situation change we will of course let you know.
Working together we can all give it our best shot to come out the other side ready to pic up where it left off.
